Wednesday at the Temple

Another great day. We were thru by about 4:00 and had a great visit with one of our dear friends from back in Phoenix Third Ward days. We ran into her at the temple and set up a time to visit with her. She teaches reading to English speaking missionaries, so was here. What a great way to spend an hour. She is happily married and living in this area. It was just like we had not been apart when we visited. How blessed we are to have such a neat friend.

We learned more about procedures etc. today. We did a little more moving around, so it was easier on us. Yesterday we spent about two hours sitting studying and right after lunch. Was that hard.

We have been eating lunch in the Temple. They sure do give large portions and the food is very good. I am sure getting spoiled not having to cook etc. That is coming to an end.

Fri we leave at 6:00 a.m. Thurs. after the temple we need to do laundry, clean the room and pack all of our stuff. The scales are right by our room, so that will make it really nice.

We got a note from the second counselor in the Temple Presidency telling us about the home evening group that meets twice a month, a sisters lunch out once a month and trips etc. that are taken around Lima. Sounds like a busy life outside the temple too.

My eyes are closing and it is only 7:45. How will I ever stay awake until 9:00 so I won't wake up at 3 a.m.? What a problem to have to have. All is well here.
